The WebVerge team got an exciting and complex task to build a software product that supports the efficient processing and presentation of numerous data, starting with registration to the event, participants’ accreditation, accommodation to hotels and car booking. In the limited amount of time our team had to to build the highly secure and convenient product, which will satisfy all customer requirements.
General information
From the beginning our client had a clear vision of the expected product and set the precise amount of time as this system was highly needed for upcoming events management. The WebVerge team did our best to bring the initial vision into live and build quick, secure and reliable product with intuitive interface, that will automate clients’ business. As all similar existing products work slowly on big amount of data, the main challenge was to solve this problem and increase the data processing speed. Among the most exciting tasks the following ones can be highlighted:
1.Organize the highly productive work within the low accessibility of our client.
2.Design the simple and intuitive interface for registration form and participant account.
3.Development of adaptive interface for convenient work from different devices i.e. for range of laptop and mobile displays.
4.Application of React JS for building of quick and secure connection interface with server on Django.

Description
Web-service as project core, which support all life-cycle of event organization needs, staring with the convenient participants’ registration, hotel and car booking up to the organization of the cultural program.
Control panel. The developed control panel helps administrator to arrange the quite easy management of all data in system, users, lists etc. Using the control panel the administrator can change the registration form, thus make the product applicable for different kinds of events.

The Process and Results
During 2 months the WebVergeteam have created from scratch the efficient, secure and scalable system that satisfied client needs and requirements. The resulting system helps to easily pass main complex stages of events organization and efficiently prepare the any type of event.
